This exhibition is the second in an ongoing series of shows centered on the experience of visiting an artist’s studio. Guest artists will be curated alongside gallery artists to expand the dialog on the current state of contemporary art. Artists will include: Kristen Cliburn (Houston), Robert Lansden (New Orleans), and Rusty Scruby (Dallas), and guest artists: Colette Copeland (Dallas), Timothy Harding (Fort Worth), and Patrick Turk (Houston).

Among the works featured will be a site-specific installation by Harding and the latest video by Copeland, a sequel to an earlier piece in which The Victorian Woman Wrestles “THE MAN.”

Studio Visit – 1.2 will launch the opening of Cris Worley Fine Arts’ new and larger space still located in the Dallas Design District, at 1845 Levee St. #110. We are pleased to announce that fellow Contemporary Art Dealers of Dallas member, Holly Johnson Gallery, will occupy the space next door and will be launching on the same night as well!
